Latin pop star Jennifer Lopez sold off her Bel Air mansion for a whopping price to settle in Beverly Hills with her husband Ben Affleck.

A little over a year after tying the knot with Hollywood actor-producer Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez completely ended her singlehood, as she sold off her solo-owned mansion in Bel Air, California for $34 million.
As per an American newspaper, the luxury property found a new owner roughly half a year after it was initially put up for sale at $42.5 million in February this year as the pop culture icon decided to lower her demand by around $8 million.
However, JLo still managed to earn a substantial profit against the price of $28 million she paid for the eight-acre mansion with luxury amenities, including a chic library, a sitting room, a private theatre as well and a guest house that can even function as a gym or studio, in 2016.
According to the details, the decision came after Lopez and Affleck decided to put their fortunes together, to get their dream estate in Beverly Hills, for a massive $61 million, following their Las Vegas wedding in July last year.
