The IHC also ordered removing containers across Islamabad.
Justice Athar Minallah, heading the IHC bench, was conducting the proceedings into the case. Petitioner Ajmal Baloch, who is president Anjuman Tajiran Pakistan, contended that children’s education was being badly affected in the wake of sit-ins in Islamabad and containers placed along road.
He sought court’s direction for evacuation of all schools from security officials in the red zone and surrounding areas.
The court sent notices to PTI chief Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek head Dr. Qadri and sought their replies until next hearing on September 22.
