KARACHI: The two warring gangs have been engaged in another gunbattle in Lyari causing harrasment and panic in the area, ARY News reported on Monday.
Heavy gunfire resonated in Singu Lane of Lyari as armed men of two warring groups renewed hostilities in the gang war hit locality restricting the residents to homes.
According to reports, a hand grenade was also thrown during the fighting.
The law enforcement personnel, who have been engaged in a crackdown against criminals in the port city of Karachi, keeping safe distance from the gunbattle, the residents of the area claimed.
