GUJRANWALA: Two people were killed and seven others were injured in a rickshaw – truck collision in Gujranwala on Sunday evening, ARY News reported.
A truck rammed into a rickshaw at Tatl-e-Aali area of Gujranwala due to which a woman was killed and eight others were wounded.
The injured persons were shifted to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital where one of the victims succumbed to his injuries.
Police launched reached the scene after being informed of the incident and started its investigation of the road mishap.
It should be noted that rash driving, dilapidated roads and poor condition of the roads cause accidents which claimed hundreds of lives in Pakistan each year.
