RAWALPINDI: A loud explosion was heard in a house in Rasheed Colony at Sadqabad area of the city however no loss of lives reported in the blast, ARY News reports on Wednesday.
The explosion was caused due to gas leakage. The windows and doors were destroyed due to the intensity of the blast.
According to the initial report, Police were observing the case as a cracker attack. However, the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) labeled the incident as a gas leakage explosion after collecting evidences.
BDS did not find any explosives from the site.
