The cops were patrolling near The Mall when they spotted a suspicious man beating four children. When the police officials reached near and asked about the reason, the man tried to escape but he was captured.
The arrested man was identified as Noor Khan.
He told police that he used to kidnap helpless children and force them into begging. The arrested miscreant also had no documents to prove his identity.
Four children were also recovered from his custody. The children were then handed over to Child Protection and Welfare Bureau.
Later the police high-ups announced cash prizes and certificates for the cops for busting the gang.
