According to details, the blaze had gutted upper part of the FBR building including third, fourth and seventh floors.
ARY News correspondent Afzal Khan has reported no casualties in the fire incident.
Seven fire tenders extinguished the blaze.
Sources said that some important documents were reduced to ashes in the blaze but the officials have denied the claim.
