LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Thursday announcing national cricketer Umar Akmal tax defaulter freezes his four bank accounts, ARY News reported.
FBR, which has been curiously working to meet the tax collection target, has seized 4-accounts of Umar Akmal opened in a private Islamic bank.
According to sources, the action has been taken by regional tax office Lahore-2 after finding the cricketer tax defaulter of about Rs. 3.6 million.
Besides, the FBR has asked other banks to provide all information regarding accounts of Umar Akmal.
