In a Facebook post, Zuckerberg announced that him and his wife were taking a total of two months off as their paternity leave. Here is the full post from Facebook’s CEO:-
Mark had also earlier announced a couple of months back that his wife Priscilla Chan was pregnant. He had also made the same announcement via a Facebook post.
In his post, Zuckerberg made it quite clear that Facebook allows its employees to take four months off as paternity leave, which are paid holidays that can be availed when the child is born or anytime during the child’s first year.
