According to sources, arrested suspect Waheed Mughal has been a brother of Abdul Rehman a former MPA.
Waheed has been arrested for association with Nisar Morai, law enforcement sources said.
Waheed Mughal was doing business at Karachi Fish Harbour. He also owns a showroom of motorcycles.
Waheed Mughal has been transferred to an undisclosed place for interrogation.
Who is Nisar Morai?
Nisar Morai has been a former chairman of Fisherman Cooperative Society (FCS).
An anti-terrorism court granted 90 days detention of Dr Nisar Morai for his alleged involvement in different crimes, including facilitating the Lyari gang warfare and money laundering.
Morai was arrested in March from Islamabad and later shifted to Karachi.
