ABU DHABI: Serbian Novak Djokovic crushed David Ferrer to clinch Mubadala World Tennis Championship exhibition event in Abu Dhabi, ARY News reported.
Djokovic maintained his unbeaten record in Abu Dhabi by beating Ferrer on Saturday to win his third straight World Tennis Championship title.
Novak Djokovic successfully defended his title and finished the year with a 24-match winning streak on the ATP tour since losing the U.S. Open final to Rafael Nadal.
Furthermore, the top-ranked Nadal won a third-place playoff match against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 7-6 (5), 6-3.
