FEROZEWALA: A dacoit was killed in a police encounter near the Grand Trunk Road (GT Road) whereas five people, including two cops, were injured, ARY News reports on Wednesday.
According to Police source, they took action after receiving information of the presence of dacoits in the area.
An exchange of fire took place in which a dacoit was killed on the spot and his three accomplices were injured whereas three police officials were also injured in the exchange of fire.
The injured cops were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
