ANKARA: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif has met the Chief of Afghan National Army, Lieutenant General Sher Mohammad Karimi and Chief of Turkish Armed Forces (TAF), General Necdet Özel – ARY News reports.
In a press release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief, General Raheel Sharif discussed affairs of mutual interests, regional and Pak-Afghan border situations with his Turkish and Afghan counterparts.
The COAS, Raheel Sharif is on a 2 day official visit to Turkey on account of a tripartite summit between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey, alongside the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif.
