According to police, rash driving by the bus driver during a sandstorm caused deadly accident.
The road crash took place between a bus en-route to Jhang from Khushab and a truck heading towards Khushab from Lahore leaving 13 persons dead and 10 others injured. The intensity of the collision between the two vehicle can be assessed from the fact that the front of the bus thoroughly wrecked in the deadly accident. 0
The wounded persons were rushed to a medical facility for treatment. The condition of several injured, including women and children, is said to be critical.
The identities of the deceased and wounded have not yet been established.
