RAJANPUR: Two children were injured during aerial firing which was carried out during a wedding ceremony in Rajanpur, ARY News reported on Sunday.
Members from a wedding party carried out aerial firing during a wedding, which was taking place in Rajanpur area of Kotla Ahmad area, due to which five-year old Shakeela and seven-year old Muneer were injured.
Police and rescue teams reached the scene after receiving information and shifted the two children to District Headquarters Hospital in Rajanpur for treatment of their injuries.
Bridegroom Mohammad Bilal and his father Abid Hussain were taken into custody.
The happy wedding didn’t turn out to be exactly how the bridegroom and his family members would have liked due a misadventure by one of the members from the wedding party.
