An Indian news website reported that Sanon, shooting the scene in Hungary, lost her grip while running on top of a castle and collapsed into a safety mat, twisting her ankle as a result.
The actress has been asked to take rest for couple of days.
Raabta is expected to release February 2017. It was supposed to hit the cinemas in 2016 but the release was delayed due to casting issues.
The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon and is directed by Dinesh Vijan.
The producers of the film casted Kriti Sanon after Alia Bhatt, who had initially signed for the film, refused the role over date issues.
