Those killed in the blast also include two children.
Police have confirmed that the blast took place at a IDPs camp in Togh Sarai Hangu. They said the condition of many injured was critical.
The injured and the dead are being shifted to Hangu District Hospital. Sources said a motorcycle was leaned against a wall near the camp that is suspected to have contained explosives. However, the police have not given any official word in this regard.
According to ARY News correspondent, around 1150 families are settled in the area for some years.
