The court of Additional Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Abdul Sattar Langah has issued notice to Imran Khan and summoned the parties on December 22nd.
Former PML-N parliamentarian Hanif Abbasi in a plea filed in the court contended that the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has levelled false allegations against him in his speeches causing disrepute to him.
Abbasi has claimed damages of Rs. one billion for the defamatory speeches which caused disrepute to his person.
