Ayyan Ali has nominated Interior Ministry and other state institution in the petition.
The model, in the petition, has stated that including her name in the Exit Control List is illegal as her passport was returned to her earlier.
It should be noted that a court had returned Ayyan’s passport to her after she submitted two surety bonds of Rs. 1 million each.
Ayyan was arrested in March of this year, for carrying more than $500,000 with her.
She also said that the authorities are not allowing her to leave the country, which is a violation of the Article 18 of the Constitution.
