Sana’s husband Babar Khan was also critically injured in the accident. According to Faryal Khan, sister of Sana, the actress was going to Hyderabad from Karachi when the incident occurred near Lani Kot area, Super Highway.
Speeding is said to be a cause of the accident.
Rescue teams rushed to the spot shortly after the incident and initially shifted the victims to Civil Hospital Hyderabad. Hospital sources told that Babar’s condition was also critical. He was later shifted to a hospital in Karachi for necessary treatment.
The deceased actress has been featured in various TV serials, plays and shows. Her husband was also TV drama actor and director.
