Azhar Mahmood said that relieving officials will not resolve the ongoing crisis in the team.
He said that domestic cricket in the country has to be redefined if the situation has to be improved.
“The domestic cricketing structure in the country is very weak. Even the top performers there are not up to the mark expected of international standards,” Mahmood added.
“Several players feel themselves insecure in the side due to which they become part of different groups while some of them do not want to learn anything” he added.
