Lieutenant General Fazli met Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Ashfaq Nadeem Ahmed during his visit to the GHQ.
The two officials discussed the overall Pak-Afghan border situation whereas they also talked about the affairs of border security and border coordination in the meeting.
The series of meeting between the military officials of the two countries have begun after the recent visit of Pakistan’s Army Chief General Raheel Sharif to Afghanistan.
Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hidayat-ur-Rehman and Corps Commander Quetta Nasir Khan Janjua had also met their counterparts in the Afghan visit.
