He accused the election staff of manipulating votes against his nominated candidates in Faisalabad.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission of Pakistan has summoned written statement from Abid Sher Ali and his father Chaudhary Sher Ali. Chief Election Commissioner Justice (retd) Srdar Muhammad Raza heard the case.
Speaking to media after the hearding, Abid Sher Ali said he had not violated any election rule. He claimed that his candidates were deceitfully given defeat during recounting at 3am after the polling ended.
I reserve the right to contest my case legally, he added.
