The raid was conducted at an EPI warehouse of National Health Institute Islamabad.
According to sources, the FIA team also seized polio vaccines worth Rs 3 million. The quantity of pentavalent vaccine was 1,361,000 while 11,800 of polio vaccines were also taken into custody.
The vaccines reportedly went out of order due to power outage following some problem developed in the generator of the warehouse.
FIA also ordered the EPI programme manager to file report within 24 hours.
