Altaf Hussain telephoned Co-chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari and congratulated him on the nomination of Rabbani as the leader of the Parliament’s upper house.
All parties of the country with concensus have chosen PPP’s Raza Rabbani for the post of Senate chairman.
The MQM Chief said that his party will play its role for the country’s development, well-being and the nation’s welfare.
“PPP and MQM will work in unity for the prosperity of Pakistan and Sindh”, he said.
