As per agreements, Bahria Town will made investment of billions of rupees in power sector to overcome electricity load shedding in Karachi.
In order to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the residents of Karachi, state of the art system will be introduced.
Earlier in a day, Vice Chief Executive of Bahria Town Zain Malik and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of K-Electric Tayyab Tareen signed several memorandum of understandings (MoUs).
According to MoUs, Bahria Town along with K-Electric will work on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) or coal based power plants during coming four years.
