Millions of SIMs are likely to be blocked from Friday.
In the second phase of the verification those having less than three pre-paid connections, could verify their SIMs till April 13, official sources said.
The government in collaboration with the telecom operators had launched SIMs bio-metric verification on Jan 13 as a step to curb terrorism in the country.
