PARACHINAR: At least six persons were killed when a wedding party bus hit a landmine in Afghanistan border area adjacent to Kurram tribal region, ARY News reported on Saturday.
A bus carrying a wedding party in Afghan territory bordering Kurram region ran over a landmine in the war-torn country resulting in death of at least six persons, while scores of others were injured in the explosion.
The blast thoroughly destroyed the vehicle.
The relief and rescue workers were engaged in relief operations at the place of the incident.
