RAWALPINDI: A professor of a local college was gunned down by unknown persons here on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
According to Police, armed persons on a motorcycle opened fire on Professor Umrani of Hashmat Ali College. He died on the spot.
Students of the college were enraged and started protesting against the killing of the professor as they received the news.
Security officials arrived on the spot and started the probe into the incident.
