In a short video message, the notorious gangster also apologized to people of Karachi’s war ravaged Lyari town adding that the poor people of the town are a misguided lot.
He informed media that his real name is Faiz Muhammad but his parents used to call him Lala adding that when he joined the gang, he came to be known as Lala Orangi.
While offering police and rangers his arrest, he clearly said that the LEAs have only to tell him the place and he will surrender and give custody.
