According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), jet fighters pounded Khyber Agency due to which at least 18 militants were killed and five hideouts were destroyed.
Large number of weapons and explosives were also destroyed in the airstrike.
It should be noted that more than a thousand militants have been killed whereas several soldiers have embraced martyrdom in the Zarb-e-Azb military offence by Pakistan Army in North Waziristan.
