ISLAMABAD: A westerly wave affecting the country to bring rainfall with wind and thunderstorms, Met Office said on Thursday.
Moist currents are also likely to penetrate most parts of the country from 07th May.
This weather system is expected to bring rainfall in Sindh’s Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpur Khas, Khairpur Jacobabad, Kashmore, Tando Allah Yar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Thar Parkar, Sanghar, Umer Kot and Mithi from the evening of 08th to 10th May.
Rainfall is expected in Kashmir up to 12th May with occasional gaps and in Gilgit-Baltistan from 08th to 12th May.
Punjab and Islamabad’s federal territory to receive rain with wind/thunderstorm and hailstorm at isolated places till 11th May with occasional gaps. While southern Punjab districts from 08th to 10th May with occasional gaps.
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa districts will receive rain up to 12th May and Baluchistan districts will receive rain up to 10th May with occasional gaps.
