KARACHI: One person was killed whereas five persons, including a 13 year old girl, were injured when unknown persons opened fire at a traffic constable's house at Daud Goth area of Baldia Town here on Monday night, ARY News reports.
The injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment. The deceased person was identified as Adnan.
Legal formalities faced delays after the incident as a jurisdiction dispute started between Ittehad Town Police Station and Saeedabad Police Station.
Traffic constable Ghulam Hussain, after reaching the hospital, said that firing had taken place at his house and the deceased person was his son whereas the injured included his daughter Lubna, wife Salma and his three sons Munawar, Saleem and Shehzad.
He was not at home when the firing incident occured, he added.
