LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief, Altaf Hussain has said that the state and the nation cannot get rid of terrorism and extremism without truly acting upon the thoughts and teachings of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah – ARY News reports.
In a statement issued on December 25, Altaf Hussain said that the 2 percent privileged class in Pakistan has kept itself away from Jinnah's vision and thoughts.
He added that Quaid-e-Azam wanted to make Pakistan a liberal and moderate Islamic state.
