Ludhiyanvi demands immediate release of arrested workers in Punjab

FAISALABAD: Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamat (ASWJ) Chief, Molana Ahmed Ludhiyanvi while condemning the arrests of party officials and workers all over Punjab, has demanded for their immediate release – ARY News reports.

He was talking to media after hearing in the Election Tribunal.

Ludhiyanvi said that the Government on one side is asking for our cooperation for the restoration of peace, while on the other hand instead of arresting the killers it is apprehending ASWJ officials and workers.

He warned that if the arrests were not quit, then his party will also be forced to resort to protests.

The ASWJ Chief said that neither a single stone was thrown nor a single drop of blood was shed, during the funeral of the ones killed in the Rawalpindi Incident, which is an evidence of our peace loving nature.
