The film is on a record breaking spree and after beating Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ in worldwide collections, ‘Kick’ has now surpassed superstar Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg 2’ collections as well.
Directed by his brother Arbaaz Khan, ‘Dabangg 2’ world wide box office collections were Rs 265 crore according to a report.
The report further elaborates that taking in consideration the second Friday’s collections ‘Kick’ has so far collected Rs 273.20 crores.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Kick’ was expected to get a good response at the box office keeping in mind the film’s leading man Salman Khan’s huge popularity and his good luck with Eid releases so far.
Since there is no major Bollywood film releasing this week, the film is expected to continue its good run at the box office.
