Speaking at Lahore on the start of Independence Day celebrations, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that why does Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has a problem talking to the government when he can negotiate with Taliban.
He further said that the government is contacting PTI since last month.
