ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has rejected the report of Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) in the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) case, ARY News reports.
The case was heard by Justice Saqib Nisar. FIA presented the report of the case that was rejected by the apex court and inquired that what action was taken on its former Chairman Zafar Gondal.
Court remarked that the each looted penny of the nation will be returned back to them.
