QUETTA: A Passing Out Parade of the Baloch recruits was held in the EME Centre Ground on Thursday, ARY News reports.
1800 Baloch recruits will be joining Pakistan Army after finishing their training.
On the occasion, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif and Chief Minister Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch were present.
CM Balochistan awarded medals amongst recruits who displayed excellent performances during the training.
The Army Chief also awarded a baton of excellence to Yasir Bugti for showing excellent performance.
General Raheel Sharif, while addressing the ceremony, said that Pakistan can be developed when Balochistan is developed. He added that the earthquake relief operations in Awaran will continue until full rehabilitation.
20000 Baloch recruits have joined the military as of yet.
