SUKKUR: Three people, two women among them, were shot dead when assailants opened fire at them after storming their house in a Sukkur neighborhood.
Police said two unidentified armed men barged into a house in Gadani Phatak area in Sindh town and opened fire.
As a result, three members of the family sustained fatal bullets wounds.They were taken to a hospital where doctors pronounced them dead.
A police official said initial investigation suggested that the incident was the result of personal enmity over property dispute.
Police have registered an FIR of the incident and are carrying out raids to arrest the culprits.
