HYDERABAD: A profoundly inhuman incident was reported on Monday in Tando Mohammed Khan district of Hyderabad. A woman was hand-tied with an electricity pole over allegation of hurling stone on a bus to stop it.

Few people tied her hands with the electricity pole in excruciating hot weather in Nara Jail area for around an hour saying that she threw stone on a bus to stop it.

The woman, Shakeela, said she was a devotee of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and she was coming from Noorani and wanted to go to her home in Tando Mohammed Khan.

“Nobody was listening to her as people around her were poking fun at her. Later, some influential people of the area intervened and got her released,” said ARY News correspondent Zahid Kulhoro.
