KARACHI: A woman was killed and 5 injured after a dumper truck rammed into motorcyclists near the Defence Mor on Main Korangi Road, ARY News reported.
Rescue and Police officials said that the incident took place by the speeding dumper truck which crushed the motorcyclists. The injured were shifted Jinnah Hospital where one woman succumbed to her injuries.
Two of the injured are said to be in critical condition and have been administered medical aid.
A large traffic jam was witnessed in the area after the incident. Police acted swiftly and arrested the driver and took the dumper truck into custody.
