CHARSADDA: A prominent lawyer was killed in a shooting incident here on Saturday, ARY News reported.
According to police, former president of local bar association, Mohammad Jan Advocate was killed and his nephew injured in a shooting incident in Shabqadar area of Charsadda.
The injured was transferred to hospital for medical attendance.
Vice Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council, Mohammad Sareer has condemned the killing and demanded arrest of the killers.
An emergency meeting of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council has been summoned to discuss the matter.
