KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan believes that 2017 will be a year of justice and hopes his party will make its mark.

Speaking to media here, Khan insisted upon citizens of Karachi to stage demonstrations to get their problems heard and bring about a change.

He vowed to hold a demonstration during his next visit to the metropolis.

Your city will soon turn into Mohenjo Daro, if you don’t speak and struggle for your rights, he said.

He targeted the ruling government leaders, saying incumbent officials were siphoning off millions of rupees from the country to buy properties abroad.

He lamented that Pakistan was now being run on debts, “and those at helm of affairs seems oblivion to it”.

A journalist threw a surprising question on Khan, asking whether you plan to marry in 2017. He replied: “I am not thinking about such matters at this moment.”
