KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) awarded capital punishment to two convicts for killing police officials here in Karachi on Friday, ARY News reports.
The verdict was announced by ATC Judge Khalidi Yaseen.
The two criminals named Umar and Fazil had gunned down police constables Arif and Mohammad Khan in the jurisdiction of Mochko Police Station during snap checking. They had also fled with the weapons of the two slain policemen.
The judge also announced a seven year sentence to the two persons for stealing police weapons.
