DERA BUGTI: Four members of a banned group were killed in a gun battle with security forces in Dera Bugti district, ARY News reported on Thursday. 

In Chabghar area of Dera Bugti four key members of an outlawed group were killed during a search operation, Frontier Corps sources said. 

FC personnel captured rocket launcher, landmines and other explosives from possession of the slain militants. 

The accused were involved in attacks on security forces, gas pipelines, explosions hitting government installations and other incidents of sabotage, security sources said. 

The exchange of fire, which began during the search operation, has been still continue, sources added.

Balochistan, the southwestern province of Pakistan, has been hotbed of the nationalist militancy demanding rights on the natural sources of the mineral rich province.
