The bodies identified as a man named Akbar Ali and his two sons Shahid and Nadeem.
According to reports, they were en-route to Jaranwala for the hearing of a murder case on 10th May when they were allegedly kidnapped and killed by their opponents Shafiq, Liaquat and their accomplices.
Shafiq and his accomplices allegedly threw the bodies into a sewerage drain. The corpses were found five days later. The alleged killers are at large.
It should be noted that Akbar Ali was a suspect in a murder case.
