According to reports, the bomber attacked a peace militia in the area. The militia personnel had also been targeted by militants in the past.
The outlawed Lashkar-e-Islam was dominant in the area fighting security forces and local peace committees.
Last year, it announced that it was joining the proscribed Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan.
