According to details, the hand grenade attack took place at Lyari’s Chakiwara area.
Two persons, on a motorcycle, threw the explosives and fled away, causing an explosion. Six children were reported injured in the incident.
The wounded persons were shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
