PESHAWAR: Police and Frontier Corps (FC) during search operations in various areas of the provincial capital apprehended 47 wanted criminals and recovered huge quantity of arms from them on Thursday – ARY News reports.
According to details, search operations were lodged upon the directives of the Inspector General (IG) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Police, Nasir Durrani, during which 47 criminals were nabbed, declared wanted at different police stations.
FC and Police also recovered 37 pistols, 4 Kalashnikovs, 18 rifles and more than 2000 live rounds from arrested culprits.
It should also be mentioned here that the IG KP Nasir Khan Durrani had issued directives of operation against criminal elements all over the province.
